I specialize in working with individuals, groups, and corporations in the capacity of a mental health consultant. I also provide workshops and trainings on issues relative to disability management, employment concerns, and mental health in the workplace. I love the opportunity to help people increase awareness and move forward in the areas of their relationship with self, others, and the world. My ideal clients are professionals who seek services because of work/life balance issues, self-care difficulties, mild to moderate depression, or anxiety and are seeking to increase self-compassion, mindfulness/awareness, and leadership/management efficiency.

I am a Carolina (North Carolina) Girl, but a recent transplant and becoming a Georgia Peach, but a true southern belle! I am a proud wife and mother! In addition to my passion for helping others, I enjoy hanging out with friends and family, traveling, dancing (with or without music), shopping, exploring new things, and all things girly!
