Clinical Supervision

As an LPC, I believe that it is my duty to give back and teach others as they grow in their own clinical practice. My approach is experiential and reflective. I try to provide tools, support and guidance that reflect the needs of each individual Student Counselor.

Training and Education

I  have a wide range of training experience covering the following topics: working with managing mental health, emotional wellness in the workplace, cultural competency, leadership programs, conflict resolution, team-building, customer focus training, and the creation of organizational cultures. Cheryl's goal is to reduce the stigma associated with Mental Health and Mental Health Treatment in an effort to increase work productivity and employee satisfaction.

Consider the following topics:
  • Stress Management
  • Cultural Competence in the Workplace
  • Emotional Wellness: The Balancing Act
  • Am I Ready for a Promotion?
  • Conflict Resolution: How to tolerate your co-workers
  • Communication

Executive Coaching

Some people prefer a more “hands-on” approach to working through their issues. Rather than sit back and try to figure out the deep roots of your issues spanning back to childhood, coaching is focused on giving you immediate solutions to your problems and identifying next steps to solving them. Coaching helps you find clarity and drive by the end of the first session.
