Cancellation Policy 
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee ($65).

Self-Pay Vs. Insurance
C. Richardson Counseling and Consulting does accept is self-pay. When an individual pays for therapy through self-pay opposed to utilizing insurance both confidentiality and treatment remain between you and C. Richardson Counseling and Consulting.. Treatment decisions, length of therapy, confidentiality and many other important decisions are always kept between you and your therapist. However, when utilizing health insurance to pay for therapy you are relinquishing confidentiality, treatment decisions, length of therapy and other pertinent decisions to your insurance company.

Your entire therapeutic experience follows you throughout your life. Your experience is made available to future insurance companies and possibly employers. At C. Richardson Counseling and Consulting, I believe this important information should be considered prior to making decisions regarding payment methods

Affordable Payment Options
At C. Richardson Counseling and Consulting, PLLC I offer a Counseling Bundle.  The Counseling Bundle allows clients to pre-pay session fees in bulk and at a discounted rate.  The Counseling Bundle offers 5 sessions at a rate of $425.  **The Counseling Bundle must be paid for prior to the first of the 5 sessions.  The 5 sessions can be used anytime, counseling services are provided.

At C. Richardson Counseling and Consulting, PLLC I offer a sliding scale fee option for those unable to pay our full fee and for those wanting to use the self-pay option. Payment through insurance is available.

The average cost per session can range from $60-$150 per session depending upon insurance and income. Self pay is a case by case situation sliding scale fees are limited.
